What counts as a robot?
A robot is defined as a single running ROS compute instance. If you have multiple physical robots or virtual machines running ROS nodes at the same time, each counts as one robot. Billing is prorated by the hour for fair and granular metering.
How does data storage work?
Each plan includes a set amount of storage per robot per month. If you exceed the included storage, additional data is billed at the overage rate specified for your plan. You can monitor your usage in the dashboard.
What happens to my data after the retention period?
Data older than your retention period is automatically deleted. You can export data before deletion if needed. Enterprise customers can request custom retention periods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Yes! Enterprise customers can work with our sales team to create custom plans with specific data retention, storage limits and feature requirements. Contact us for more information.
